Until I became associated with Jack Haffey and his ideas about how a company can really put the process of identifying and supporting the corporate mission and its message concerning that mission to work for the Organization, I really did not understand the real purpose for the process or the best ways to maximize the effort we were already investing in this process. While we had a very sophisticated process we were still missing much of the benefit from our current efforts let alone increased efforts. Jack became a member of our board in 2006.

After fifteen years of trying to put the most functional, productive system together, it was not until Jack did his magic that myself and my management Team and ultimately the AWARE Inc. Board of Directors understood what the real purpose of this process is and all that can be achieved through it. Until Jack did his work with the AWARE Inc. Board of Directors and the AWARE Inc. Management Staff we had not achieved every thing we wanted from this process and the resources it commands.

Thank God Jack can see the big picture and is so skilled at helping even organizations like AWARE Inc. get better and be all they can be.
