Even from childhood and especially from his time as a high school teacher and coach, Jack Haffey has been focused on and committed to helping people and organizations identify their potential and passion in life and achieve it. 

His own life has followed this path, as a high school teacher and coach, earning an MBA from Notre Dame, being an officer of the Montana Power Company for 15 of his 30 years there, 6 as its COO, elected to and serving 2 four year terms in the Montana State Senate, chairing a Local Government Review Commission that proposed and gained electorate adoption with the most far reaching changes in a city-county government anywhere in the United States, and by serving on and often chairing several volunteer boards, including the Community Hospital of Anaconda, AWARE, Inc. of Montana, Special Olympics of Montana, the Carroll College Board of Trustees and many others.   

Since completion of 30 years of service at the Montana Power Company, Jack has devoted his time to both volunteer board service with several organizations as well as volunteer strategic work with The Pacific Institute (TPI) for one year. In addition he was CEO of a biotechnology firm for one year.

Throughout this time, Jack’s singular focus has been helping organizations pursue their real passions and potentials.  He has now turned his time and attention to the sole mission of helping and serving organizations of all types to identify, reflect on and act out their own unique long term missions and visions  in practical, well grounded and fully lived ways.

More importantly, research, educational, experiential and, most importantly, intensely focused yet quietly confident passion flows out of Jack and his associates in service to you.
